We design your slab & foundation on all types of soil classes including class “P” site. We will work out which type of material can be used on your job to comply with BCA.
Old buildings or working beside old buildings:

We will study your existing building structures and advise which parts of your structures need to be strengthened without affecting current structural integrity. When building along property boundary, we provide dual certificate.
Retaining wall & basement construction:
We will study your soil conditions & site restrains to work out which retaining system is suitable for your site.
Tile-up construction:
We will work with your project architect to determine & divide your panel & glove lines and determine your panel sizes based on your transportation & lifting. We’re happy to be involved early even at the conceptual design stage.
